Nor are any of the products sold with the promise to diagnose, cure, or treat any known diseases. You should always consult with your local licensed medical professional prior to using any new products on your skin or ingesting new products into your body.
While we stand behind the quality of our products, the effectiveness of a product is not a valid reason for refund, as cannabinoids affect everyone differently. To ensure and guarantee the quality of our products,
all sales are final.

Please email cgswellness@gmail.com if you have any issues regarding products, you received that you feel the need to return. We will be happy to discuss each individual case as they arise and work together on an agreeable solution. We do not accept returns or offer refunds – except in the case of damaged goods upon receipt of package. We will replace your product if it is damaged during transit and reasonable proof is provided.
If at this time you wish to return your unopened product and it’s within 7 Days of receiving it, our returns policy is as follows. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. CGS Wellness is not able to accept returned items that have been opened or used.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are not guaranteed and are governed by our Refund Policy.
A customer may only cancel their order prior to their order being fulfilled. Customers may cancel their order for any reason prior to their order being fulfilled. To cancel an order, please call CGS Wellness customer support at 689-275-0673, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM eastern standard time.
While we will try to accommodate any requests we receive, if we are unable to cancel your order, you will need to mail back the unopened product, in perfect condition, at your own expense, in order to get a refund. If a package was shipped to a wrong address input by you at checkout, it is up to you to retrieve the package and return the unopened product, in perfect condition, back to us before you can get a refund.
Refunds will be issued by CGS Wellness within one week of CGS Wellness receiving the returned items. Refunds may take up to fourteen (14) days to deposit into the customer’s account. Refunds can only be issued back to the account from which the original payment was made.

If a package is not delivered due to an inaccurate address provided by the customer at the time of purchase CGS Wellness is not responsible for a replacement, refund, or credit.
· CGS Wellness will make the best effort to ship items in a timely manner.
· CGS Wellness cannot guarantee any shipping time-frames, and external forces can cause delays in shipping.
· Processing time for orders can take up to 24 hours (1 Business Day)
· Once a package has shipped, CGS Wellness will take NO responsibility in the carriers shipping time-frame.
· CGS Wellness will take NO responsibility for items lost in transit, sent to the wrong address, nor international fees charged by your country or any involved third parties.
INCORRECT / DAMAGED / MISSING PRODUCTS
· Incorrect, damaged, or missing products must be claimed within 7 days of the delivery date as indicated by your tracking information.
· If the product is incorrect or damaged, please send a photo of the product to cgswellness@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line and a brief description of the problem in the body of the email.
